2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:

• If the client decides to discontinue the services after work has commenced.
• If delays or disruptions occur due to the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, or resources on time.
• If the requested modifications or changes are outside the agreed scope of work.
• For dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences, such as creative direction or design elements.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

2. Provide a detailed explanation of your concern, along with any supporting documentation.
3. Allow us up to 10 business days to review your request and respond with a resolution.

4. Refund Approval

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy
